These terms govern the consulting services provided by Elmridge Operations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") to business clients ("you" or "client").
We provide one-time B2B business consulting services, including operations assessments, project management support, and administrative process reviews. Each engagement is defined by a written quote describing the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee. Work begins only after the quote is accepted.
Fees are quoted as one-time professional charges and invoiced per project. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. We do not charge recurring or automatic fees of any kind.
Deliverables typically consist of a written summary of findings and recommendations, followed by a scheduled recommendation call. Deliverables are provided for your internal business use.
Our recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available to us. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of DeSoto County, Mississippi.

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for engagements with Elmridge Operations LLC.
You may cancel an accepted engagement at any time before work begins at no charge. Simply notify us in writing at support@elmridgeops.com.
If you cancel after work has begun but before the written summary is delivered, we will invoice only for the portion of work completed, and any amount already paid beyond that portion will be refunded.
Once the written summary has been delivered and the recommendation call has taken place, the engagement is considered complete and fees are non-refundable. If you believe a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the concern and, where appropriate, revise the deliverable or issue a partial refund.
Approved refunds are returned using the same method used for the original payment, within 10 business days of approval.
